The most of the time we are struggling with day to day stuff and rarely we stop to thing about what's next for us. This little things on the daily basis is what blind us on the long term, and eventually we will get there... But how...

Define your personality

Whether if you are a challenger type or a survivor, your decisions are what defines your now and your future. Either way, these decisions comes with and expectation about the outcome. In this sense you have to identify if you want only to survive to your daily needs or you are expecting to create something for you and your own. I believe eventually we all are on both sides of the mirror but in different stages on our life.

Challenger or Survivor?

Whatever your type is, short term and long term plans should be considered for creating this personality. Challengers try to climb as much as possible and is not easy to find a place to stay. Also are always looking for new golds. This guy is not looking for safer places, jobs, or static environment, because is looking for growth. Survivor is more focused on today's situation, long term stability and reduce risk. Is looking to more stable things, even sacrificing some sucess to stay safe or secure on the coming years.

It is not like one is better than the other, this depends on your situation, but you can identify yourself to one or the other now. Which one are u? are you ok with it? Or do you think at some point that you need to move on from your today's situation. Is it 'Status Quo' enough for you?.

Keep Moving forward

To keep up with all things either way planning is important. Either for investing and creating wealth, either for creating a family, for creating a business or just look for your dream job whatever that is, the best advise I can give you is to 'meek moving forward'. The world is not static, why do you?
